I’m currently a Senior Game Developer at Centervention, a social-emotional learning game studio in Durham, NC. We develop and deploy games to over 100,000+ students across the country in tens of thousands of schools to teach skills such as communication, cooperation, impulse control, and emotion regulation.

I’ve worked as a game developer professionally for 5 years and have successfully shipped 3+ games. Before that I was a full-stack web developer so I have over 13 years of software engineer experience to pull from. I also recently received my Master’s degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech in my spare time where I enjoyed an opportunity to dig into deep learning, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. I love making games. Finding solutions for new and unique challenges is what drives me. Areas I enjoy the most are game-play programming, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and virtual reality.

Some of my varied interests include traveling, making salsa, watching football, playing The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and watching The Office.
